SIH2021
We are nearing the end of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. I can’t think of a better way for you to celebrate than inviting you to #SIH2021. We are exactly one month out from the Someday Is Here Virtual Event. June 26th. This powerhouse line up of AAPI authors, speakers, leaders, and allies to the AAPI community will bring important and needed content centering AAPI Christian women.
We are covering topics surrounding AAPI Holistic Health: spiritual, emotional, mental, relational, societal, and intergenerational. We have experts covering Transracial Adoption, Mental Health (including Disordered Eating and Living with Chronic Pain), Racial Reconciliation, Spiritual Growth and Soul Care, Women in Leadership, Mixed-Race Identity and Relationships, Advocacy and Allyship, and Publishing.
Mark your calendars. Invite your friends. All are welcome. If you’ve wanted a place to learn more about AAPI culture and our beautiful and diverse heritages, join us. If you have relationships with AAPI’s through family, friendship, work or church life and want to understand better the cultural dynamics we navigate, join us. If you are a transracial adoptee, join us. If you are raising a child of Asian descent, join us. If you are raising multiethnic kids, join us.
College students pay only $29. The one day ticket is $39. All access is $59 (so you can listen to all of the content through the rest of the calendar year. And an AMAZING VIP package includes a swag box that has books written by the presenters, Bible studies, and fun goodies from AAPI small businesses like washi tape, hair scrunchies, jewelry, and notecards.
